Welcome to Huskey & Associates, nationally recognized juvenile justice consultants and criminal justice consultants with a 26-year established track record in leading organizational change in state and local agencies, providing training and technical assistance on evidence-based practices and conducting detention center needs assessments. H&A has served as criminal/juvenile justice planning consultants, policy analysts, trainers and facility planners to state and county governments located in 33 states, in 81 local jurisdictions and to three tribal governments.

H&A includes highly-experienced research expertise specializing in statistics, sociology and mathematics. Paula Tomczak, Ph.D. is on the faculty at Benedictine University, Lisle, IL, and she has served on the faculty of the University of Illinois at Chicago, and at Vanderbilt University, Nashville, TN. Her specialties include multivariate statistics and experimental research methods.
