The principal of the firm, Bobbie Huskey, M.S.W., is a practitioner with 38 years in the juvenile justice field, including serving as a social worker for a juvenile juvenile corrections treatment center in Louisville, KY; a family therapist in Richmond, VA ; and a school social worker for the Chesterfield County Schools, VA.

Ms. Huskey has been a Juvenile Justice Consultant for much of her professional life.

  • State of Illinois Juvenile Justice Commission: Developed and implemented the Juvenile Justice Public Education Campaign for the Illinois Juvenile Justice Commission to remove juveniles from Illinois jails
  • State of Illinois Department of Juvenile Justice: Provided technical assistance to implement Redeploy Illinois
  • Cook County: Served as a consultant to the U.S. Federal Court on the Consent Decree involving Cook County’s Juvenile Temporary Detention Center
  • John Howard Association: Conducted a Public Education Campaign to gain statewide support for the removal of juveniles from Illinois jails
  • Winnebago County (Rockford): Conducted the Juvenile Justice System Needs Assessment
